Strides: A How-To Guide for Runners
Personally, I had no idea what a stride was before working with my run coach, so I wanted to make sure you guys had some good information on what a stride is, how to perform a stride workout and when.
The main thing to remember is that this is NOT an all out sprint when you perform a stride. Also, your stride workout may be different from the next person based on fitness level and goals.
