Performative Physical Therapy is excited to partner with JZ Fitness and Consulting and Wild Pear Running. Dr. Amber and Coach Jesse will help break down each athlete's squat in order to determine how the movement dysfunctions could lead to issues with running form.
Why is this important? Runners need strength and mobility in order to run efficiently. This workshop will help runners know how their ankle, knees, hips and core are in relation to running economy and efficiency. We look forward to seeing you there!
