What does that even mean, Dr. Amber?

It means I spent hours learning more about the runners gait cycle! (Yes, I totally nerded out!)

This was a great first course from The Run DNA System to further knowledge in advanced classifications of runners' gait and how to start addressing the deficits we can see in runners ASAP!

I've already started on level 2 and I cannot wait to implement this into practice on Feb 5th when the 3D running analysis program starts! Appointments are still available in Hutto so check out the website for now to schedule. You can DM or text me as well!
