10 years in the making…
As of today, I am fully self employed. That means that I am 100% for Performative Physical Therapy and Run Coaching.
It’s crazy to think that the idea for this company and changing the way I provide care for runners and other patients/clients (yes, I do work with people who don’t run) began in December 2019 and has come full circle in May 2022.
It is amazing how much faster patients can get better when a physical therapist can spend more time with each patient, provide more specific exercise interventions for home and address the entire person. It is also amazing how runners can reach goals that they may have not been able to prior to working with a run coach. I love my job!!
I’m beyond grateful for my family and friends who have supported me in order to get to this point. You guys have been instrumental in piloting new programs and new means of improving the quality of the programs Performative Physical Therapy can provide.
Thank you as well to the awesome patients and clients (who are now friends) I have been able to work with. You each hold a special place in my heart and I’m excited to see you guys at races!
Cheers to many more miles. Keep living that run life one mile at a time.
Over the next week, I will be dropping 3 more exciting announcements!! Check back!
